Shillong, June 22: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Monday informed that two returnees who arrived from Uttar Pradesh have tested positive for Coronavirus.
Meghalaya has recorded 46 COVID-19 cases of which 37 have recovered and 1 death was recorded.
Taking to twitter, the Chief Minister wrote, “Two persons who came from UP to South West Garo Hills have tested positive. They are under quarrantine. Total Cases 46; Total Active cases 8; They came in a private vehicle and under home quarrantine.”
