  1. With the number of COVID-19 increasing day by day and increase in the fatalities, it would be a risky proposition to open the Educational Institutions,as it might lead to a quantum leap in the already increasing number of covid positive cases. So,I would like to urge upon the State Machinery to not be in a hurry and their priority is to bring down the number of Covid cases and find ways AND means to tackle in this time of pandemic as it seems that we are heading towards Community Spreading of the Covid virus and it is quite alarming.
