Reshuffle in Meghalaya police, MK Dkhar new DIG (ER), Francis Kharshiing new DIG (CID)

SHILLONG, Feb 21: The Meghalaya police on Thursday effected changes in the Meghalaya police establishment.

As per the notification issued on Thursday, AR Mawthoh, Deputy Inspector General of Police, (Eastern Range) has been transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police (Training).

Mawthoh has been replaced by MK Dkhar, Deputy Inspector General of Police as the new Deputy Inspector General of Police (Eastern Range).

SS Kynjing, Deputy Inspector General of Police (SB), has been transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police (Administration).

Meanwhile, the notification stated that Ricky Dkhar, Deputy Inspector General of Police (Security) apart from his own duty has been given additional charge and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police (SB).

FG Kharshiing, Deputy Inspector General of Police (Training) cum Director Meghalaya Police Academy has been transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Police (CID).

RJ Rodborne, Superintendent of Police (C) Shillong has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police (C) Tura, while W Nongkynrih Superintendent of Police (C) Tura has been transferred and posted as Superintendent of Police (C), Shillong.
